No. 24 Huskies Down Sacramento State Huskies to play Washington State on Feb. 25 at 4 p.m.

SEATTLE - The Washington women's tennis team won all six singles matches and all three doubles matches against Sacramento State, 9-0, on Saturday at the Lloyd Nordstrom Tennis Center. Washington improves their record to 3-5.

In singles competition, playing in the No. 1 slot, sophomore Ilona Kordonskaya downed Marta Gronowicz, 6-4, 7-5, while in the No. 2 slot, 52nd-ranked senior Zuzana Stunova defeated Caroline Svenson, 6-1, 6-4. In the third position, senior Zeta Wagner slaughtered Erin Welch, 6-1, 6-0, while in the No. 4 slot, freshman Colleen Gray stopped Amber Neumier, 6-2, 6-1. Senior Peggy Wu won in the fifth position by stopping Sarah Distad, 6-0, 6-1, while senior Jenny Svanfeldt defeated blanked Emily Wingo, 6-0, 6-0, in the sixth slot.

In the top position of doubles competition, 49th-ranked junior Kristina Kraszewski and freshman Darija Klaic downed Marta Gronowicz and Caroline Svenson, 8-3. Ilona Kordonskaya and Zuzana Stunova defeated Erin Welch and Emily Wingo, 8-1, in the second position, while Colleen Gray and Peggy Wu stopped Sarah Distad and Amber Neumier, 8-0, in the third slot.
